FAFSA Website
Begin your FAFSA at this website. You can begin to complete your FAFSA on October 1st.
-
Create your FSA ID
Both the parent/guardian and student will need to obtain an FSA ID to complete the FAFSA online. You want to remember this for the future because you will use this each year when you submit the FAFSA.
-
PHEAA
The Pennsylanvia Higher Education Assistance Agency provides funding for higher education. Once you submit the FAFSA you will find a link to PHEAA (it can be easy to miss so be on the lookout for it!). Click the link and it will allow you to begin the PHEAA process.
If eligible, you could receive state grants, which is money you don't have to pay back!
Like the FAFSA, it is better to apply as soon as you are able. When the money is gone, it is gone so don't wait!
